Since getting her real estate license in 1983, Brenda Bianchi has built a distinguished career marked by passion, dedication, and a commitment to “Old-Fashioned Service.” Originally from Ohio, Brenda moved to Florida in 1991, drawn by the sunshine and the promise of new opportunities. After 22 successful years with RE/MAX, she founded her own companies, including Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Results Group, Bianchi Realty & Property Management, and Gulf Coast Real Estate Referrals. Today, Brenda leads a team of agents across Pinellas County, South Pasco, Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch, providing top-notch service to every client.


Real estate is a family affair for Brenda. Her husband, Pat, serves as Field Manager, and their children and even her sister have been involved in the business. She believes in building strong relationships, with 75% of her business coming from past clients or referrals.


Beyond real estate, Brenda is a dedicated philanthropist, supporting charities like Ronald McDonald House, Give Kids The World Village, and Carlton Manor, inspired by her 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. As she continues to grow her business, Brenda remains committed to her core values of honesty, service, and community, ensuring her legacy continues for years to come.
